Cleanliness & Care ✨ We take great pride in providing a sparkling clean home. We ask that our guests help us keep it that way by treating our repurposed pieces and amenities with care. If you ever need to tidy up, we have a full supply of cleaning products readily available for your use! The Vibe & Sleeping Situations 💤 Set the mood by heading to the record player to spin some of our vinyl collection. When you're ready to recharge, our bedrooms feature sunrise and sunset lamps: Master Suite: Features a plush King bed. Check the closet for your "Beach Ready" kit: 2 chairs and beach towels. Second Bedroom: A cozy Queen bed. The Thoughtful Kitchen & Coffee Stand ☕ The Beverage Station: Enjoy our dedicated coffee stand with regular coffee beans (ready to be ground), decaf, K-cups, cocoa, and teas. Hot & Cold: We provide a kettle for hot water, your first jug of water, and to-go cups. You’ll also find pots, pans, a mixer, cookbooks, and a blender with a to-go cup. Thoughtful Features & Outdoor Living 🥂 Park & Beach Access: We are located just 50 steps away from the park across the street, which features a tiny beach access—perfect for a sunset stroll! Stay Connected: We’ve included USB ports, phone charging cords, and a hairdryer. Wi-Fi information is provided inside. Entertainment: Our Smart TV features Hulu and Disney+. You are welcome to sign into your own personal subscriptions as well—just please remember to log out before you head home! The Office: A dedicated office desk is available for your focus time. Outdoor Spaces: Relax on the open-air front balcony! Laundry: Our washer and dryer are located on the back porch and come complete with dryer balls and supplies for up to 10 loads of washing! Outdoor Cooking: Use the Lodge Sportsman’s Grill and its dedicated grill table. The Essentials: Check-In & Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Your entry code will be sent on the morning of your arrival. Upon departure, please leave used laundry in a neat pile in the location it was used. Parking & Security: Parking is directly in front of your home. For your peace of mind, there are exterior Ring cameras in use. Pups Welcome: A small puppy bed and bowls are ready! 🐾 Stay Cool: To stay eco-efficient in the tropics, the AC’s lowest setting is 71°. Booking: We accept reservations from guests with positive reviews only. A Quick Note on the Exterior & Access: While the home is in great shape, you may notice some minor cosmetic hurricane damage to our stilt (stent) wall. It doesn't affect the dwelling at all, but since we’re handling repairs ourselves after a denied claim, your stay truly helps us get it back to 100%! Please note that the house sits approximately six steps up on the stilt wall, so you will need to walk up the stairs to enter. We are so incredibly excited to have you stay with us! We’ve put a lot of heart into this home and truly look forward to hosting you for a wonderful, relaxing getaway. Guest access Please note, there is ONE parking spot available for you, if more is needed we will need a heads up, but an additional spot can be made available. Your designated parking spot is right in front of your unit, right a your door steps! There are 5 steps up - to the apartments. If you need to park a camper -we offer parking for unoccupied campers- fully insured campers - at $25 daily plus tax and fees - please message for me to add this option!
