The room can be fully closed off and is sound-proofed - perfect for children to relax while adults enjoy the main living space. Beyond this, the home opens into a light-filled open-plan living, dining and kitchen area that feels both grand and cosy. The living room features an impressive 85” TV, plush seating and calming coastal styling - ideal for movie nights or slow evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for home cooks, complete with: Air fryer Microwave Blender Baking essentials The island bench seats three, allowing guests to gather, cook and enjoy the stunning water views together. A dining table for four sits nearby. A separate laundry includes a washing machine, shower and toilet, with an outdoor area to hang and dry clothes. Bedrooms & Bathrooms Master Bedroom: Queen bed with triple-sheeted, hotel-quality white linen, bedside tables with lamps, built-in wardrobe, private ensuite and its own air conditioner. White louvre windows allow you to control light and breeze beautifully. Second Bedroom: Two comfortable single beds that can be converted into a king, triple-sheeted hotel-quality linen, bedside tables with lamps and shared wardrobe. The home is fitted with ducted air-conditioning throughout, plus additional split systems in the living area, kitchen and master bedroom for personalised comfort. The property is located 6 min from Gold Coast Airport: Guest access Guests have access to the entire home excluding the lockup garage and 2x seperate rooms (locked up). The guests have access to 2x bedrooms, 2,5 bathrooms, spacious open-plan living, kitchen, and outdoor entertaining areas + rompers room. You can enter the home through the main front entrance however, the double lock-up garage is permanently locked. The property is fitted with lockbox and you’ll receive your access code 2 hours before your arrival. Other things to note We are happy to take long term bookings and will negotiate on price.
