Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. Heat pump/air conditioning in the living room/kitchen. Powerful fan can be used in bedrooms. The pictures show some mess. Me and the kids are traveling and my husband has said he will clean up if someone wants to rent while we are away. The house is located by a large playground belonging to Selbu Youth School. Selbuhallen, Selbu VGS and Bell school are also nearby. There is a view of Selbusjøen and Årsøya where there are opportunities for frisbee golf, walks and play for children.
