Welcome to our lovingly renovated Victorian town house...where old meets new. We are centrally located with the beach and main town being a 15/20 walk away and a number of shops, pubs and eateries literally around the corner. The guest accommodation briefly comprises of a double bedroom on the top floor with a private guest bathroom on the middle floor. On the ground floor guests have the use of a large, south facing lounge. The space On the ground floor guests are welcome to use the living room, up until 11pm. There are hot drink facilities to hand and we also provide a breakfast tray in the morning of tea/coffee/juice and pastries to set you on your way. You will find a selection of books, magazines and board games and the TV. On the First floor there is a dedicated guest bathroom, where you will find towels and toiletries to use during your stay. The double bedroom is accessed by another flight of stairs to the top floor. This room has a sloped roof so be mindful of a change in ceiling height when moving about. Guest access Assessable spaces to guests are the front living room, guest bathroom and bedroom. When the weather is nice there will be a small table and chairs available at the front of the house as it is a real sun trap. Other things to note We do have a dog, but when guests are staying she will be restricted to the living areas at the back of the house as we are aware that not all guests are dog fans .
