Church Lane is a beautiful Georgian apartment situated in the heart of Lymington. This spacious 2 floor apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. My Father purchased the property in 2020 and it has been great fun (and hard work!) restoring this wonderful, listed apartment to its original condition. We are situated just off Lymington High Street above “Willow” and next door to Marks & Spencer’s food hall. The apartment is full of character with high ceilings, lots of light and spacious rooms. The space The apartment is full of character with high ceilings, lots of light and spacious rooms. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor, one with an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated with very comfortable king size beds and 100% cotton bedding. One bed can be changed to two single beds if required. On the second floor there is also a large bathroom with bath and shower. On the first floor the lounge has plenty of seating with 2 sofa’s, armchair, dining table and chairs plus a large TV. The kitchen has everything you will need during your stay (including Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, microwave etc.) and a small table by the window for your morning coffee. Next door to the kitchen (through an arch) is a dining room with large table and plenty of chairs. The apartment has been furnished with items from my father’s personal collection shipped over from South Africa along with many antique pieces sourced from the UK. Guest access Access: The apartment is situated in Church Lane with an orange front door. Key safe lock is available for easy access. Parking: Parking is available via 2 car parks within easy walking distance to the apartment. We provide a complimentary 22-hour New Forest District parking clock which allows free parking at most New Forest District car parks (details on back of clock). Additional parking clocks are available (maximum 3). Other things to note: You have everything on the doorstep, so it makes for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
