Exclusively for couples and single women. 🚫 We do not accept single or married people alone in this space. ⚖️ Rules on visits and use of the space Our space is shared between guests, and the reservation is exclusive to the people registered for the stay. Visits are allowed upon prior notice, with a maximum stay of 1 hour at no additional cost. If the visitor uses any common area (such as a swimming pool, barbecue, kitchen or parking), an additional fee of R$50.00 per person will be charged. Even with the additional charge, the total stay of visitors is limited to a maximum of 6 hours and up to 5 people. The additional charge will be made within the Airbnb platform, by changing the reservation in the “Accommodation Administration Fee” option. Events, birthdays, get-togethers or meetings with people who are not included in the reservation are not allowed. The environment should be kept quiet and respectful, with no loud noise, ambient music, or crowds. Exceptions can be evaluated if the occasion is only a brief visit or quick coffee, as long as previously agreed and within the time limit.
