This home is located in the Hoburne Cotswold Holiday Park with its own array of lakes plus indoor & outdoor swimming pools & evening entertainment program. Also, a children’s activities program and 2 outdoor play areas. Guest passes to use the facilities are included with your stay - please complete the online check in as soon as you book so that we can order these for you. A larger lodge perfect for family stays The space This extra-large lodge is located in a quiet area with parking right outside in your own space. Situated in the middle of the Cotswolds water park everything in the water park is close by. Fishing lakes are available on site and many others close by within the water park. Cycling and walking in the area is great This is a luxury home with a full kitchen including an Oven/Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine, and Dishwasher. Table and chairs for in the open plan living area for a cozy family meal. There are 2 bedrooms: * The 1st with a King bed, ensuite shower room, TV and plenty of storage space * The 2nd has twin beds, * There is also a Double sofa bed in the lounge All bedrooms have ample storage space There is an additional full size family bath room Outside there is a table and chairs and corner rattan sofa with cushions on the decking. All bedlinen and towels for indoor use are provided. We also provide: Plates, Glasses, Cutlery and cooking utensils. A small welcome refreshment pack so you can have a tea or coffee and biscuits when you arrive. A starter cleaning pack A loo roll for each toilet Hand soaps Small shower gels Salt, Pepper and Oil Discount vouchers for use in the local area. We allow up to 2 well behaved dogs, they are not allowed on the furniture or upstairs, they must be kept on a lead when on the grass areas and any mess must be collected and disposed of in the bins around the resort. Charge for dogs is £30 per dog and this is collected after booking, through our check in portal.
