Only 3 doors down from Black River Barn! Enjoy the home gym & sauna! The space We have a 3 bedroom and 1.5 bath home. Two Queen bedrooms and one double bunk bed room and a pull out couch in the sunroom. Hosting up to 8 people in the bedrooms with an optional +2 on a pullout/air mattress in the sunroom. We have a full bath that includes a vanity, toilet, shower and tub combo. And one half bath with laundry. The sunroom will be a place to relax and read or get some work done at our workspace. Main living space, has a huge couch that can pile everyone on for a movie night in front of the 70” TV. Dining table seats 6 with a coffee bar that includes an espresso machine, pour over, French press and optional drip coffee maker. Fully stocked kitchen essentials plus a kitchen aid mixer for any summer time baking and lots of cabinet space. Heading out to the patio we have a sectional couch, table for 4 and a full size picnic table. Not to mention a cute firepit area surrounded by a beautiful landscape, playground and an epic tree house in the forest. We are also, starting a garden this year. So hopefully if all goes well there will be fresh veggies and herbs you can pick from the garden.
