Enjoy the forest views from the upstairs deck or swing on the backyard swing overlooking nature. Inside, you will find an exquisite array of custom builds throughout. This family-friendly cabin is just minutes to Blue Jay, Santa's Village, and just a short drive to the ski resort! FIRST BEDROOM: The bright & airy main bedroom is complete with a queen bed and built in twin bunk beds, smart TV and a sliding door. SECOND BEDROOM: offers bunk beds with a full bed that can easily fit two, a twin bed on top, a twin pull out trundle bed and a smart TV. There’s also a loft in this bedroom that can sleep 1-2 people on mats. BATHROOMS: The upstairs bathroom has a tub and shower. The downstairs bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. All newly renovated. LIVING ROOM: offers vaulted ceilings with beautifully crafted wood beams, a smart tv, a small loft for the kiddos to read a book or play games, and picturesque gorgeous tree top views throughout the floor to ceiling windows! KITCHEN: We have a fully stocked kitchen with cooking oil, spices, and cooking utensils. We provide a basic coffee maker with filters, ready for you to enjoy your coffee on any of the 3 decks. Dishwasher, microwave and breakfast bar with 4 stools. UPSTAIRS Deck: We have a propane fire pit, egg chair, and patio seats. Side Deck: BBQ grill, hot tub (located off to the side), and patio sofa DOWNSTAIRS GAME/LOUNGE ROOM: offers a bathroom, gas fireplace (no wood needed), board games, queen sofa bed, pool table, bar, foos-ball coffee table, 2 sliding doors. No Pets allowed. WINTER SNOW CHAINS MAY BE REQUIRED. Please check the CalTrans site for further information. If the driveway and entryway has snow upon your arrival we provide snow shovels and contacts for further snow removal that you can arrange for as well. IMPORTANT: please TAKE all TRASH with you.
