Our Casetta is historic, dating back to the 1900s and renovated in 2020. It is immersed in the woods a few km from Bergamo. Ideal for relaxing. It offers all comforts, including the possibility of smart working thanks to free WiFi. This large house is entirely for you! one of a kind, it is ready to welcome you and all your friends and relatives in a true family spirit! And let's not forget that the property offers a huge private forest where you can walk and pick chestnuts!!! The space The house on the ground floor has a kitchen with a table that seats 6 comfortably, the dining room with fireplace and a sofa, and the cellar where you can keep drinks cool. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, the living room with TV and sofa bed and the main bathroom. On the second floor the service bathroom and two other bedrooms, one double and the other with single beds. On the second floor there is the wooden balcony typical of 20th century Bergamo houses. The house has many outdoor spaces: the barn, the old stable recovered for storing wood and tools, a terrace used as a solarium. Furthermore, the property has an immense private forest with marked paths! A super contact with nature! Guest access The house is entirely at your disposal! You will be the only guests he can welcome! This way you will feel like you have a mountain home of your own! Other things to note In the house you will find information brochures on the Val Brembilla area and Val Brembana at your disposal to visit the town and walk its paths independently. Our valley is full of farms and has a cheese thriving dairy culture. Heating with radiators can also be powered by the wood-burning fireplace. In summer, however, the ancient house remains cool and air conditioning is not necessary. I recommend doing some shopping before arriving at the Casetta as the shops are not within walking distance.
