The space *The house size is 1000sqf. *There are an additional charges RM35 per pax above 6 pax* (Additional floor mattress, towel and blanket will be provided.) Limited car park in this building. Guest may park at road side or open space parking near by the building. 2. There are no condo facilities in this building like gym & swimming pool. 3. Check in & out time: Check in time: after 3.00pm Check out time: before 11.00am Please take note that early check in & late check out is subjected to availability. The charges are RM 50 per hour. 4. No smoking & durian in the house Straightly no smoking & bringing back durian into the house. A penalty of RM 300 will be charged to guest if smoking & durian found. 5. Quite hours after 11.00pm This a residential condominium. Please DONOT make noise or party after 11.00pm. 6. Extra charge on additional guest There is an extra charge RM 35 per guest per night for guest after 6 persons. Additional item like towel, blanket & pillow will be provided. 7. No party or function without inform Guest has to inform if the house is used for event / parties. It to prevent your visitor for not allow coming in the condominium. Please clean the rubbish/stickers/balloon/food waste before check out. We reserve the right to charge extra RM 200 cleaning fee. If sticker in wall, will have extra RM 300 repairing/repainting cost on each wall. 8. Strictly no shoe in the unit Guests are no allowed to wear shoe in the unit. Extra cleaning fee will be charged if found. 9. We NO provide coffee, breakfast, slipper, toothbrush & toothpaste in the unit. 10. Please take care on the house. If damage or lost found, we reserved the right to charge on the replacement on those item or furniture.
