Quiet room with breakfast

15 minutes from Rennes, 25 minutes from Dinan, 45 minutes from St Malo, Cancale, Saint Briac, 50 minutes from Mt St Michel, we are located in a quiet area, in a pretty house full of charm. On the ground floor, in a warm bedroom, we provide you with a 140 bed, desk, linens, TV, WiFi, private shower room... Board game night available on request Breakfast included (homemade jams, local honey...) is served between 7:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. The space Single-story house The bedroom is on the ground floor We have a dog Neiko (Australian Shepherd) who is very quiet and nice, he barks only when the doorbell rings ;-) We can offer you a themed evening: - Introduction to a board game (we are passionate about games and have a very rich game library) The rate is €5 per person (drinks included) If you're interested, please let us know before you arrive so we can be available Find us on Insta: noz_vat_home Guest access My husband and I work outside the home but we will arrange to welcome you During your stay I respond quickly to your messages. Other things to note We accept 1 dog in the room (except category 1 dogs) and on the condition that you are present. You cannot leave it alone in the room during the day. Your companion must also be sociable in order to interact with our dog.
