Cozy house by the sea on lovely Alnö

Welcome to a lovely accommodation in this bright and nice house with two guest houses and with a fantastic location near the sea and forest. Here you can enjoy the tranquility, take lovely walks, make excursions or just enjoy the lovely view and warm yourselves by the fire. Or why not work from here? - Up to 6 people have access to 6 beds in 3 bedrooms and a living room. There are also 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area as well as a large terrace and plot. - Wifi (fiber), TV, air conditioning. - Electric car charger The space The house can be used all year round and consists of a living room and two guest cabins. Open plan between kitchen, dining and lounge. The kitchen has a dining area for up to 6 people as well as a fridge and freezer, dishwasher and stove/oven and microwave. There is also a coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. The dining area works fine as a workspace if desired. The living room has a sofa bed (sleeps 2 if needed), armchair with footstool, fireplace and TV with Chromecast. The bedrooms in both the main house (sleeps 2) and the two guest houses (sleeps 4) have a double bed (180 cm in the guest houses & 160 cm in the main house) as well as good closet storage. Pillows and duvets are available but not sheets so bed linen needs to be brought or can be rented - see info at the bottom. The bathrooms have a toilet, shower and in the large house bathroom there is also floor heating. Toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hair dryer are provided. Towels are not available but brought or rented - see info at the bottom. Washing machine and laundry detergent are available. The accommodation has duvets, pillows, blankets, salt, pepper, cooking oil, napkins, candles, lighters, firewood, board games. In winter, it can be nice to bring slippers/warm socks. Also good to have sandals/slip-in shoes in case the guest house and/or laundry room are to be used. Smoking is not allowed in the property. Please leave the house as clean as when you arrived :) Cleaning supplies are available. Cleaning can be booked for a fee of SEK 1500. In that case, let us know at booking. If necessary, sheets and towels can be rented for SEK 150 per person per stay. In that case, let us know at booking.
