The space Luxe&Ivy is located in the quiet rural bush and farmland of Clifton Creek, 15 minutes from the town of Bairnsdale. Begin the day with espresso, farm fresh eggs and home grown herbs. Finish your day with alfresco dining, a bath for 2 with a view on the heated/cooled deck and a restful nights sleep in luxurious bedding. The apartment will comfortably sleep 1 – 4 people. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen with a stovetop/oven, microwave/airfryer, coffee machine, barbeque & dishwasher. There is a dedicated workspace, a TV with streaming services & the ambient electric log fire or enjoy the outdoors with the warmth of the fire pit, the serenity and a drink on us! Guest access A private driveway will take you to free parking on the property. A key-safe will gain you access to the apartment. Other things to note Luxe&Ivy is located on 3 acres of land - as electric fences, gates, dams, roads & farmland surround the property, it is unsuitable for young children & pets. Please also note that the guesthouse has not been set up with young children in mind; therefore, significant 'child-proofing' will need to occur to ensure the safety of your young child. However, should you wish to visit with children, they must be supervised at all times - byo port-a-cot if preferred, should infants accompany you
