Renovated house right on the banks of the river, amazing views from the deck, own jetty, popular for boating, crabbing, fishing and exploring the local waterways. Jetty can accommodate a boat up to 6m. The space We have recently renovated the interior of the house, complete with brand new kitchen and appliances, new paint and flooring throughout. The kitchen has plenty of bench space, a large pantry to store food, Nespresso machine for morning coffees on the deck and all the usual creature comforts of home. The beds are brand new with quality linen and are super comfy. 3 of the bedrooms have large wardrobes with hanging space and plenty of room for storing bags. The living room has large couches and 2 recliners, dining table, kitchen bar and TV with Netflix and Kayo available. Wifi is available throughout the house, along with reverse cycle air conditioning. There is one bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity. An additional toilet is available in the laundry, along with space for storing tubs, eskies and other stuff. The rear of the house has a large deck with outdoor dining table and couches for taking in the serenity of the river. The house has direct access to the river from the backyard, with its own private jetty and steps down to the waters edge for easy access. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and yard. Plenty of off street parking is available and room for trailers. The local boat ramp is 500 metres down the road and the jetty can take a boat up to 6m in length. There are some tyres on the pylons to the jetty, however feel free to bring additional fenders, which will help with the wash from other boats. The river offers a range of possibilities from crabbing and fishing off the jetty, taking your boat up the river to one of the many restaurant / bar options, or down river to the estuary and onto Mandurah or to the Dawesville Cut. The property has direct access to river with no fencing, younger children need to be supervised at all times. Wheel chair access is available via a ramp to the house entrance.
