Our house is located in the village of Sarlata in the Livatho region of Kefalonia. It has a unique view of the Ionian Sea and, if you wish, is very child-friendly. On the terrace with covered seating you can enjoy the unique view of the Ionian Sea. The house has a large garden with a BBQ, which also invites you to linger. The interior has been completely renovated and new furniture and new kitchen appliances (Bosch and Miele) have been installed. The space The house consists of 3 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of six people (maximum 4 adults). There is a large open kitchen (with good facilities) with a living room and a room that can be used as a home office (2 screens, USB docking, keyboard, mouse and printer). There is a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine. All rooms are located on one level and are air-conditioned and heated. On the covered terrace there is a large dining table and you can enjoy a unique 180° panoramic view of the Ionian Sea and unique sunsets. In the surrounding garden there are more seats, shade and places to linger and a BBQ fireplace. The entire property is fenced and there are two parking spaces available. If you are traveling with children, we are happy to provide you with various accessories, such as high chairs, baby monitors, children's dishes, etc. Free Wi-Fi is available as well as a TV with Netflix and various TV channels.
