This private suite has a separate entrance with screen door, kitchenette & bathroom. A full size bed with quality linens and a (removable upon request) 4” Memory Foam topper, fireplace, ceiling & floor fans, t.v., futon & closet. Kitchenette offers the essentials, electric hot pot & skillet, small refrigerator, sink with garbage disposal & microwave/air fryer oven. The “spa-like” bathroom boasts an overhead rain shower head & removable wand combo, a teak bench, shower essentials & fresh towels. The space This tiny suite provides all you need for a long term stay. There is space for your personal items, and provision of toiletries. The room is comfortable and sound insulated. Very private. Temperature is maintained from the main home at around 70-72 degrees. Please be aware of extreme weather temperatures when entering and exiting the suite. It is a small area and will heat up quickly if the door is left open during the summer heatwaves that we experience every year in this area of Northern California. If this happens, it may take a while for the room to cool down. Your parking spot is steps away in the driveway. Small, convenient and cozy. Guest access You will have access to driveway or street parking, outside seating, your own private entrance and everything within the suite. Other things to note By booking with us, Guest agrees to read and comply with our House Rules and specifically, the additional rules. The Suite is a private addition to the main home. The temperature is maintained from the main house. Your lighted entry is on the south side of the house (on the Right when facing the home). You may hear normal daily sounds from the main home, traffic, landscapers, waste trucks (Thursday a.m.) or our friendly canine protectors from time to time. However, this is a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood overall. The entrance to the Miners Ravine Bike Trail is at the south end of East Street. There is a beautiful park at the west end of Parry Street.
