Peace, space and lots of greenery! A unique combination to unwind and enjoy with each other! Just 200m from the beautiful Grevelingen Lake and beach. Vacation home Zonneschijn is located in a quiet park in Herkingen, above Zeeland. Close to Ouddorp aan Zee, Rotterdam and Renesse. The spacious garden has a lot of privacy and the holiday home has all the comforts. There's even a 3-person infrared sauna! The surrounding area is a lot to do for both adults and children. Welcome! The space From the hall on the ground floor you have access to the comfortable and modern bathroom. The bathroom has a shower cubicle. There is also a washbasin in the bathroom with storage space, large mirror and the toilet. The kitchen has all the comforts so you can cook and enjoy together. A delicious cup of coffee from the Dolce Gusto coffee maker, or baking an oven dish or pizza in the oven, it's all possible here. The oven also has a microwave function so you can also warm up a bottle of milk for your baby. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with a small dishwasher and a spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment. There is also a washing machine so you can easily run a laundry during your vacation. To facilitate your arrival, we provide some basic things such as salt, pepper, coffee milk, sugar and coffee and tea for the first days. There are also dishwasher tablets, 1 kitchen towel, 1 tea towel and 2 dishcloths. In the living room there are 2 comfortable sofas and 1 armchair. If you are not out and about, you can relax here, chat with each other, have a drink or watch television. There is also space for 4 persons at the dining area. In addition to eating together, this table is ideal for playing games! The cozy living room has a sliding door on the south so it is wonderfully light. From the living room, you go via the sturdy and solid staircase to the upper floor where bedrooms 1 and 2 are located. Bedroom 1 has 2 comfortable box spring beds of 90x210 cm (king size!) (can also be used as a double bed). In the bedroom is a built-in closet with a lot of storage space. A camping bed for your little one can also be added in this room. On bedroom 2 there are 2 beds of 90x200 cm and there is enough room to put your belongings. All the bedrooms have shutters and screens. Furthermore, there is an additional toilet in the space between the 2 bedrooms. Linens are included in your stay. The beds will be made for you so that your holiday can start immediately upon arrival! You need to bring your own towels. From the living room, step onto the sunny south-facing terrace. If you need more shade, then the large sunshade soon has turned out and you can sit wonderfully in the shade. On the terrace, there is a garden set and umbrella. In a fine weather, you can have a nice lunch, drinks or barbecue on the BBQ that belongs to the holiday home. In the garden, there is a slide where children can glide wonderfully. In the garden, there are a number of bicycles and some garden tools in the garden. There are also (beach)toys for the children so you don't have to take this away from home. You have to use free Wi-Fi in the vacation home. Guest access At Vakantiehuis Zonneschijn there is a parking place for 1 car. Furthermore, there is a general parking lot at the park where you can park (for free). Other things to note - You need to bring your own towels. - The city tax on the island of Goeree Overflakkee is €1.50/person/night. You will receive a payment request shortly before your stay. - Note: We rent to tourists only. At our holiday park it is not allowed to rent to workers, employees and other non-tourists.
