Peaceful Lakeside Rustic Cabin, pet friendly

Peaceful Lakeside Rustic Cabin is the perfect place to relax and slow down for a few days, whether you like to walk, bike, canoe and kayak, run, golf, or just rest and read on the quiet, shady porch. Pet friendly, private and next to 108 Mile Lake and its lovely 10 km trail network, it has many conveniences and is suitable for a couple or small family to enjoy for a short getaway. Open from May 1 until Thanksgiving. The space Please note: the cabin does NOT have a shower, an indoor toilet, or indoor running water. We ask that you read the entire description of it's amenities. Guests with pets must agree to House Rules for bringing their pets. The cabin is located in a quiet corner of the property, with heat, air conditioning, electricity, wifi, and filtered drinking water provided, as well as dishes, bedding, towels, etc.. There is a spotless and newly renovated outhouse located a few steps away, and a sink, dishpans and container of water are provided in the cabin for washing hands, dishes, etc. Basic breakfast ingredients are included for your convenience and include coffee, tea, juice, fruit, bread and/or bagels, jam, cereal and yogurt. Although rustic in some ways, the cabin provides most conveniences in a cozy setting. A propane barbeque, small fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishes and utensils, are there for your use and comfort. A fire pit is available when there are no local restrictions on its use. 2 nights minimum stay due to insurance requirements. For guests with children, please contact us to arrange an extra bed. The cabin can be rented together with our other listing Peaceful Lakeside Retreat for a larger group. Guest access You are welcome to enjoy the yard and garden of our property. Level 2 Electric Vehicle charging is available with arrangements. There is a Fast Charging station located 12 kms away at the 100 Mile Visitor Centre and at the Chevron station. Canoe instruction courses are available on the property. Please inquire for more information. Other things to note The cabin has a sink and a water container, filtered drinking water and a clean and eco-designed outhouse, but does NOT have a shower or indoor running water at this time.
