The perfect home away from home. If you are looking to explore everything Puerto Vallarta & Bahía de Banderas have to offer, this is the perfect place because of its central location. Direct access to the highway and away from the noise, just 15 minutes from the airport, 1 hour from downtown Vallarta, 10 minutes from Bucerias and Vidanta & 5 minutes from Nuevo Vallarta. Our house has everything you need for a short or medium stay, including wifi for those who work remotely. The space The house is located in a residential development with direct access from the road, located on the last walkway, which makes it a very quiet place with little traffic. The house has 2 floors; on the ground floor you will find the living room with a double height that creates a more spacious atmosphere and with lots of natural light, a dining room for 6 people, a half bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a patio with a terrace & barbecue to spend your evenings with family or friends. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king size bed, balcony overlooking the street and private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a single bed and closet, bedroom 3 has a single trundle bed with 2 mattresses, both bedrooms share a full bathroom. Guest access They have full access to all the house's amenities.
