The space The house is located in a quiet residential development with direct highway access, positioned on the last walkway — giving you a peaceful setting with very little car traffic. This two-story home features a bright, open living room with double-height ceilings that create a spacious, airy feel and plenty of natural light. On the ground floor you’ll also find a dining area for 6, a half bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private patio with terrace and BBQ — perfect for relaxing evenings with family or friends. Upstairs are the three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the street. Bedroom 2 has a single bed and closet.
