The space Spacious and Private basement room with separate entrance accessed by going down 5 stairs. Private ensuite bathroom with shower. Guests are encouraged to use the tranquil backyard when nin season Our home is semi detached house. Steve and I live upstairs. Parking on site. Subway minutes away. Guest access Separate entrance to a private basement room and private ensuite bathroom. The only shared space is the backyard which we are happy for guests to have use of. We will ensure access to cozy cushions for the furniture and you are welcome to sit outside and enjoy. Full parking spot comes with the booking. Other things to note The 5 external stairs to the private entrance or a depth of 8-10 inches We are close to the subway (a great plus!) so you will definitely hear the trains passing through.
