This secluded 10 acre property is set on the edge of the Otway National Park surrounded by rolling hills, old-growth forest and a sparkling ocean view. Take time away to connect with nature and unwind in a fully off-grid sustainable home with all the modern luxuries, located on the Great Ocean Road less than 10 minutes’ drive from Apollo Bay. The space Spacious, luxurious, clean & comfortable 3 bedroom home. Secluded on the edge of the Otway National Park with views of rolling hills & the ocean. Fully off- grid sustainable home. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property, there is no shared space. Other things to note Please note as this property is off grid & located on 10 acres there are some small extras things we require of guest while they are staying. - Farm Gates, gates are electric and guest have access to both remotes & key codes, gates auto close after 10 seconds and we just ask that guest wait while the gates shut so that livestock don’t take advantage of the open gates. -Energy Consumption, as the property is off grid we only have limited solar power throughout the day & we ask that guest follow some simple rules to conserve power. For example only running Air Conditioner/Dryer while the sun is shining -Water Consumption, as the property is off grid we only have limited rainwater. We ask that guests be conscious of this and watch their water consumption. Particularly when it comes to using baths -Farm/Wildlife, as the property is situated in 10 acres, we have sheep to keep the grass down. As well as an abundance of local wildlife, we ask that you respect and keep your distance from all wildlife. And keep within the property’s fenced boundaries. Snakes are a part of Australian Summers and we ask that guests take care and remain conscious of snakes, particularly in long grass. -Guests, the property will be set up and bedrooms set up for the number of guests who book and charged accordingly. No extra guests are allowed that have not been confirmed while making the booking. -Security Cameras, so that guests are aware we have a security camera at the front door of the property.
