Full 100% private apartment on the second floor. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, open concept living room dining/kitchen. Netflix. SHARED NOTHING but only laundry area. Separate entrance. 1 free parking. Self check-in anytime after 3pm (15:00). 20 min driving downtown. 5 min to Toronto Pearson Airport - perfect place to stay before an early flight or to sleep during a layover. The space Enjoy this entire private apartment with a small kitchen, living area and one bedroom. Featuring a queen size bed in bedroom and pull out sofa bed in living room, comfortably sleeping up to 4 people. The brand new 3 piece modern bathroom features a glass shower, LED mirror, sink and toilet. Complimentary nespresso, french press teapot, toaster, rice cooker, microwave, fridge, electric cooktop in kitchen with utensils for cooking. Smart TV comes with Netflix, YouTube, and other viewing apps for your leisure. We don’t have cable channels. Laundry: this facility is shared, free to use, located right outside the room door. To minimize noise, please only use laundry from 10am-9pm. Iron and ironing board also provided. During your stay Welcome to our house. We are living downstairs, on the main floor. Other things to note - We DO NOT ALLOW ANY PARTIES OR ANY OUTSIDE GUESTS beside the ones who registered to stay. - Please keep the noise level to be courteous of others, and be sure to low down any loud music by 11pm, as law requires. - We DO NOT ALLOW ANY SMOKING WHATSOEVER INSIDE THE ROOM/APARTMENT. If you smoke, please do it outside, and make sure to use an ashtray. - We try our best and work hard to make our place as comfortable and pleasing as possible for guests. Please respect the property, content of the room/apartment and most importantly, other guests/home mates. - If anything in our house is accidentally broken, please let me know as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue and replace it, and make sure it doesn’t impact the future guests. - Travel Insurance/Tenant Relative Insurance is your full responsibility. - Let us know if you need anything, if anything’s missing or how we can improve.
