The space Casa San Vital is a spacious and comfortable country house designed for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The house accommodates up to 8 guests and offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a spacious living room, creating a comfortable space for cooking, dining and spending time together. Upstairs are 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a library with beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. The entire house is air-conditioned and designed to provide comfort and privacy throughout your stay. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and private outdoor area during their stay. The outdoor area includes a 38 m² private swimming pool, sun terrace with 8 sun loungers, a spacious covered summer kitchen with a barbecue, children's playground and large private garden. The children's playground includes swings, a merry-go-round, climbing equipment and a slide. Private parking for 3 vehicles is available within the property. The entire outdoor area is for the exclusive use of our guests, providing plenty of space for relaxation, play and enjoying time together. Other things to note Casa San Vital is located in a peaceful rural setting, surrounded by olive groves and nature. It is an ideal place to slow down, relax and experience the authentic atmosphere of Istria. One of the special features of our property is the opportunity to meet our donkey Mala Istra (Little Istria), as well as our sheep and other domestic animals. We are also happy to introduce our guests to some of our homemade products, including our award-winning extra virgin olive oil and homemade St. John's wort oil, traditionally prepared by macerating St. John's wort flowers in olive oil.
