It is embedded in the picturesque landscape of the Bavarian Oberland at the foot of the Alps. Only 25 minutes via the A95 motorway or easily accessible every hour on the DB, Munich offers big city flair with culture, museums and Oktoberfest. The traditional towns of Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Bad Tölz can be reached in half an hour. Our domicile offers the ideal starting point for groups traveling on holiday as well as for those traveling on business. The apartment is on the ground floor and is therefore easy and barrier-free to reach. There is also a parking space in the underground car park, from which a lift leads directly into the house complex. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable king-size box spring beds and professionally constructed desks. A 150 mBit fiber optic high-speed internet connection ensures that groups of up to 6 people are easily connected to the rest of the world! The living and dining area is the heart of the apartment. In the spacious kitchen you will find everything your food-loving heart needs to prepare delicious meals. Everything has been thought of here so that you can look forward to your stay without any worries. With two large and comfortable sofa beds, you can start the evening in a relaxed manner with a Netflix film and a fine glass of wine after an exciting journey of discovery of the foothills of the Alps or a long and effective day at work. Dimmable and cozy light on the self-made wall base allows the mood to be adapted to every imaginable situation ;) For those of you who love excursions and adventure, here is a little orientation for excursions. SUMMER: The lake landscape around Penzberg, including Hubersee, Ostersee, Tegernsee, Starnberger See and the picturesque connection of Kochelsee and Walchensee, offers a variety of possibilities. (SUP paddling, surfing, pedal boating and much more) The surrounding mountains, Herzogstand, Heimgarten, Jochberg, Benediktenwand and the Zugspitze invite you to hikes with impressive panoramic views. Mountain bikers will find varied routes through forests and along lakes. Since we grew up here ourselves, we are happy to give you a variety of recommendations at any time so that your stay becomes a real experience. :) WINTER: When winter arrives, the Oberland transforms into a snow-covered wonderland. The surrounding ski areas, such as Brauneck, Spitzingsee-Tegernsee, Hausberg in Garmisch or the legendary Zugspitze, offer slopes for every taste and skill level.
