Our guests are raving about the property’s proximity to everything and the centre of Thirsk. This cozy 2 bed house has a double bedroom and a single bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the living room and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Outside, the fully fenced garden is perfect for al fresco dining.The bathroom has a shower over bath, sink and toilet.Children under 18 stay for free 2 max. Dogs OK 2 max. The space This is a modern 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. On the ground floor is a living room with a 32” flat screen smart tv, a very comfortable sofa bed, coffee table and two armchairs and a bookcase. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, stove and pots/pans, dishes, cutlery and glasses and tea and coffee making facilities and a dining table and chairs for four. (Please note there is no washing machine but laundry service is available for and additional fee or there is a launderette in town). Upstairs is a large double bedroom containing one double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and chair and a second bedroom, containing a single bed (we cannot accommodate children under 7 years on the property) and a chest of drawers. In the full bathroom there is a bath with shower. There is a small private front and a larger private rear garden which is fully enclosed, with outdoor dining table and chairs for four in the back for al fresco dining in the warmer months and the allocated parking space is in the adjoining car park and free on street parking is also available free on the road in front. We welcome well behaved furry friends (max 2). Guest access Entire house, allocated parking space and back garden. Other things to note Our minimum age requirement at the property for children is 8 years old. Children ages 8 - 18 stay for free. No commercial vehicles or third party bookings can be accepted at the property. Photo ID for all adult guests will be checked at check in. **EV charging is not possible at this property.**
