Transient Kubo House provides a farm life experience for people who wants to escape the noise of the city and experience the day to day living in a farm. You'll be able to hear the roaster in the morning and birds chirping around the garden. If you want to taste fresh eggs, we have that too. We are a working farm, so you'll be seeing people working around the farm and tending to the animals like chicken, goats, fish, and pigs. Experience farm life with us. The space The Kubo House has 2 bedroom and a bamboo porch that can be used for lodging is needed. Other things to note VILLA LETICIA FARM ZAMBALES “Transient Kubo House – A Farm Life Experience” RULES and ADDITIONAL CHARGES • Additional Person Php400 (underneath room) • Gas Tank Usage 2 - included with the rent 4-6 people Php200 per day • Bonfires upon request – Php150 per night • Pick-U and Drop Off Charges will depend on destinations and requirements • Lunch or Food Preparations depends on volume and requirements • RECEPTION: Opens at 8AM Closes at 5PM MONDAYS THRU SUNDAYS • Check-In Time: 2PM • Check-Out Time: 11AM Note: Early check-in and check out is strictly subject to availability. • BOOKING ND PAYMENT POLICIES ▪ Transient Kubo House prioritizes online reservations with deposits. ▪ Walk-ins are only allowed if there are no guaranteed guests, and will only be accepted within the Reception window hours. Note: We require Incidental Cash Deposit of Php1,000 refundable upon check out, rooms are subject to inspection for lost and damages. • CHILDREN SUPERVISION (Children must be accompanied at all times) • NO SMOKING IN THE KUBO and TREE HOUSE (there are designated areas for smoking) • QUITE TIME: 10PM to 7AM (No loud noises or nuisances to be able to get a good rest) • PETS ARE ALLOWED (Only domesticated animals are allowed in the rooms) • GUESTS VALUABLES (Every guests will be reminded upon check out while rooms are being inspected of lost or damages).
