Welcome to the Carlisle Cottage. Small, cute & clean. 1 Q bed & addtl. Q air bed avx upon request. Sleeps 2 adults & up to 2 children. Centrally located to shops, restaurants, US Army War College, Dickinson College, Keystone Aquatics & Fairgrounds but not walkable to these locations. Easy I81 on/off access. Minutes to the PA Turnpike. Smoking not allowed indoors but ok on the porch. Receptacle provided. Outdoor cameras for security. Host lives on property in house next door. The space Studio home (approx. 1000 sq ft of open space). Includes kitchenette with full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and all the essentials to prepare a meal. Cable enabled Smart TV with high speed Wifi included. Plenty of outlets and several standard USB outlets (in both the bedside lamp and couch). Water cooler that dispenses both cold and hot filtered water. Queen bed with new (Jan 2026) medium firm hybrid mattress fitted with 100% cotton, 800 thread count sheets for a comfortable sleep. Though we are close to restaurants and shopping by car, the location is not walkable to downtown, car shows or Dickinson college. Guest access Guest can access all areas other than a locked closet that contains the hot water heater and host supplies. Other things to note Front porch can be covered by awning for shade (at guest request). It is normally retracted dependent on weather. Outdoor security lights and camera in parking area. Small charcoal grill available upon request. If used, guest is responsible for supplies and cleaning grill after use. Guest must come prepared with old rags or linens for use in cleaning. Host can provide table, outdoor trash can, grill utensils and ash disposal container. Suction grab bars available for shower as needed upon request to host.
