Minutes to the PA Turnpike. Smoking not allowed indoors but ok on the porch. Receptacle provided. Outdoor cameras for security. Host lives on property in house next door. The space Studio home (approx. 1000 square feet). Includes kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and all the essentials. Cable enabled Smart TV with Wifi included. Plenty of outlets and several standard USB outlets (in bedside lamp and couch). We also provide a water cooler that dispenses both cold and hot water. Though we are close to restaurants and shopping by car, the location is not walkable to downtown, car shows or Dickinson college. Guest access Guest can access all areas other than a locked closet that contains the hot water heater and host supplies. Other things to note Front porch is covered by awning for shade and cover from rain. Outdoor security lights and camera in parking area. Small charcoal grill available upon request. If used, guest is responsible for supplies and cleaning grill after use. Guest must come prepared with old rags or linens for use in cleaning. Host can provide table, outdoor trash can, grill utensils and ash disposal container. Suction grab bars available for shower as needed upon request to host.
