Super central modern apartment

Welcome to a modern apartment with a perfect central location in the middle of the city of Oslo! You can basically walk "everywhere" of interest. 4 min walk from the Central Train Station, which makes for easy airport access, and a 24/7 grocery store around the corner. The apartment is suitable for up to 2 people Check-in is anytime after 3PM and check-out is anytime before 12PM. Due to the time we need to make the apartment ready between guests we don´t offer early check-in or late check-out The space The 4-meter high ceilings and large windows give the apartment an open, bright, and airy feel. From the living room, you have access to your own private balcony overlooking the cozy courtyard. The apartment is 50 square meters (540 sq. ft). Even though it is located in the middle of downtown Oslo, it is very quiet at night, as it faces the courtyard, which closes to the public in the evenings. The apartment is on the 5th floor with elevator access. The loft (second floor of the apartment) has a queen-size bed suitable for 2 people. The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, and a large 65-inch TV (165 cm) with local TV channels and Netflix. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs. Both the kitchen and the bathroom (with heated floor) are fully equipped, including a washing machine that is free for guests to use. The photos show the actual furnishings. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building’s common areas (stairs, corridors, etc.). Guest access We will provide you with the key to access the main door at the street and also the door into the apartment. We use self check-in system and you will pick up at the next door grocery shop which is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Other things to note This is a completely smoke-free apartment. Smoking is not allowed inside, on the balcony, or in the building’s common areas (stairs, corridors, etc.). Out of respect for our neighbors, please smoke only outside on the street/sidewalk. If you are a smoker, this may not be the right apartment for you.
