Our own family friendly vacation home nearby TENNIS, GOLF, PALM SPRINGS TRAMWAY, JOSHUA TREE, COACHELLA, STAGECOACH.Equipped with everything you may need to gather for endless laughter, meals & memories. Enjoy a private infinity spool overlooking the lake. **NO CONTACT WITH LAKE ALLOWED** The space THINGS TO NOTE, RULES & REGULATIONS: *City QUIET HOURS -Friday & Saturday 10PM-8AM -Sunday-Thursday 9PM-8AM to AVOID FINES & POLICE. *NO LAKE CONTACT to AVOID FINES *No cars on STREET to avoid ticketing/towing *No entry on AVENUE 43 GATE. Guests will be fined $750 for trying to enter at this gate. ***Use SLIDE at your own risk. We are not liable for your use. The MAX weight is a hard 150 POUNDS and meant for children only. *Strictly NO SMOKING at all inside, outside the property, or within 50 feet of the property. Smoking detectors are inside the premises. Deep cleaning starts at $600. In addition to that, guests will be fined $500-$10,000+ for causing any odor, residue, ash, damage, or fires due to extreme high fire risk of the area. HOW TO CHECK OUT: -Throw kitchen/food trash away into the 1 gray trash bin. Trash bin lids MUST CLOSE. Only RECYCLABLES go in the BLUE bin & yard waste in the green bin. Any EXCESS TRASH will be fined to the guests. Excess trash is the GUESTS’ RESPONSIBILITY to take to the nearby public dumpster. -Organizing, Dishes Put all things back where they belong. After dishwashing, put away clean dishes & all kitchenware, & anything else moved. -Clear out refrigerator, freezer, & cooler -Gather used towels Leave all used towels on the bathroom floors for the cleaners. -Turn things off Turn off everything (AC, stove, SPA, coffee machine, lights, etc.) when you leave -Lock up Close & LOCK all doors & windows UBER/LYFT/RIDESHARES/DOOR DASH etc: The rideshare driver will check in with the guard and show their app with our address & your name & order to get in. SPOOL: Heating is INCLUDED in the price for a special promotion! Spa/pool is available during non-quiet hours. City of Indio quiet hours Sunday-Thursday are between the hours of 9PM and 8AM, Friday & Saturday are between the hours of 10PM-8AM. Spa MUST BE TURNED OFF after each usage or a $100 fine will be charged after each use (our gas cost per use). If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one isn’t. Directions for the spa are posted outside by the spa. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa so that we can keep the heat going in the pool. It can be very windy in the area and the pool can get dirty very quickly at times due to desert weather. We'll do our best to get the pool company out there as soon as possible. The pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. The view from the 7th tee box is considered one of the best in the valley. From there you have a complete panoramic view from one end of the Coachella Valley to the other. Eagle Falls Golf Course is only a 6 minute drive. SHOPPING: -Cabazon outlets are a 35 minute drive for all your discounted designer goods. -Happy Point in La Quinta is 7.8 miles, 15 minute drive with plenty of restaurants and all kinds of stores. -El Paseo high end shopping is only a 13 minute drive. SPA: Indio Spa at WorldMark Indio is a 6 minute drive or check out Miramonte at Indian Wells that is 15 minutes away. Guest access I will send you access codes & directions the day before check-in. I am available at all times and will reply within the hour by text, call, or email. Please don't hesitate to reach out. Other things to note Rules: 1. PETS: NO pets allowed because of owner allergies. Eviction, eviction & noncompliance enforcement fines + $500 fine for deep cleaning will be enforced & charged to guests if not followed. 2. EARLY CHECK IN/LATE OUT: If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75. payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out. 3. PARKING: 4 TOTAL regular passenger vehicles, non commercial (2 in garage, 2 on driveway). NO STREET PARKING. $750+ fines to guest per night. 4.NOISE: City of Indio quiet hours Sunday-Thursday are between the hours of 9PM and 8AM, Friday & Saturday are between the hours of 10PM-8AM. Outdoor music is limited to cell phone/laptop level. There are decibel readers installed in the house for us to manage noise. We will call you immediately if this is not adhered to. Fines apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed. 5. PARTIES: Strictly no additional number of individuals are allowed that were not agreed upon during booking. No parties. Only the amount of people on the vacation rental agreement at the time of booking are allowed at the property. To invite others is a violation of the vacation rental agreement and private home rental ordinance, and you will be required to leave in addition to being charged a violation fee of $1000. 6. TRASH: Please take all food trash out & place in the proper bins. 1 gray bin of regular trash allowed and must fully close. Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection. 7. PROPERTY, SUPPLIES, FURNISHINGS, DECOR, TOWELS, BEDDING, ETC. Respect the house and report all damages. Please leave the property as it was when you arrived. Toiletries, soap, & supplies are provided for use only while you are there. Please do not take anything with you. You will be charged for the cost to replace any items. Our cleaners take time stamped pictures of each detail of the house after each cleaning. 8. NO SMOKING Strictly NO SMOKING at all inside, outside the property, or within 50 feet of the property. Smoking detectors are inside the premises. Deep cleaning starts at $600. NO RV or Truck RV. $750 fine to guest per night. 4. NO Swimming in the lake. No fishing. No contact with the lake whatsoever. HOA fines of $750+, will be charged to guests if violated. 5. Community Facilities - community pool/spa & center are residents only SWIMMING POOL AND LAKE WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK ("Waiver & Release") In utilizing the swimming pool amenities ("pool") or lake amenities you will be expressly assuming the risk, legal liability, waiver, and release of all claims for injuries, damages, loss or death which you, your family members, guests, invitees And licensees (collectively, "Pool Area Users" or “lake area users”might Sustain as a result of utilizing any and all amenities Connected with and associated with the pool and or lake. I and the Pool Area Users or the Lake Users agree to abide with the rules of The pool ("Pool Rules") and lake rules. I Understand that landlord, its Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and Representatives (collectively, "landlord") retain the right To restrict access to the pool and or lake for the failure of any person to comply with the Pool and lake rules. WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE: PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH. I. BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE which I and the Pool Area Users or the Lake Users’ use of the lake, may sustain while using the pool and or the lake, even though such injury, damage, loss or death may have been caused by the negligence of the Landlord; INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Landlord from any And all claims, demands, actions, liability or costs, Including attorneys' fees, which might arise out of my or The Pool Area Users' use of the pool, or the Lake Users’ use of the lake, even though such Claims, demands, actions and costs may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord. a) has the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of action that I may have or have had, whether past, present or future, whether known or unknown, and, whether anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising out of my or the Pool Users' use of the pool, or the Lake Users’ use of the lake; b) constitutes a complete release, discharge and waiver of any and all actions or causes of action against Landlord; c) applies to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death which I and the Pool Area and or lake area may suffer, even if caused by the negligent acts or omissions of others; d) is an affirmative representation that I am assuming full responsibility for any and all risk of death or or personal injury or property damage suffered by me and the Pool or lake while utilizing the pool and or lake; and e) is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal representatives, my assigns, my children and any Guardian ad litem for said children. I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I acknowledge that by using the pool and or the lake, I have read this Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and language in it. I further understand that this waiver & Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal proceedings shall be in the county of Riverside, State of California.
