Garden Cottage w/ Solar Power

This sweet little cottage awaits you in my green oasis. Wake up with a view of the mountain and watch the birds in the garden while you enjoy the morning sun outside on the bench. Situated at the Zandvlei, you can reach the Muizenberg beachfront via the pedestrian bridge and walk through the village. Or go to East beach with its famous colourful houses and walk along the sea to Surfers corner. The space This tiny house has everything you need. A nice bedroom with a ensuite bathroom and a modern/new shower. The multifunctional entrance room has a fully equipped kitchenette, table and small couch. The whole property is powered by a hybrid Solar System and 50mps Wifi is provided. Due to this you will not be affected by the regular power outages in South Africa. For digital nomads I can provide a office chair and a 21" screen to make working more comfortable. Guest access Off Street Parking, enter the garden through the wooden door on the right. Other things to note Please note that the garden is a shared space. The cottage is in the prime spot, while my house is further back on the property. You are welcome to use the whole garden to relax and unwind. There is a small table and chairs with a braai (barbecue/grill) for you to use privately. My female dog Speckles is very friendly and sweet. She may greet you at the door and be around in the garden.
