The Studio

The Studio sits on the edge of our Ancient Woodland in the grounds of our house and close to the village of Pett. A former music and art studio the building is now a relaxing retreat for those looking for quiet and nature. Open plan living with wood burning stove and everything you might need, including a grand piano! Luxurious king bedroom with roll top bath and a separate shower room. The village of Pett has two pubs which are walkable and we are close to the unspoiled beach at Pett Level. Guest access We will usually try and meet you on arrival to show you round and provide keys. Other things to note .There is another bedroom which is available by separate negotiation, please message me for details. The advertised price is for one bedroom & up to two adults. We do have several bee hives on our land, something to be aware of if you have an allergy.
