The vacation rental is composed of a large living room with two convertible sofas -140x200-: - ideal for a couple, - suitable for a family (couple with children), - dormitory mode for 4 adults. A set (sheets, small and large towels) for 2 people provided. Second set on request with a surcharge of €10. Beyond 2 people, €10 per extra guest per night (extra set included). Baby cot available on request. Open kitchen fully equipped with multifunctional oven and microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher (tablets provided), refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine (coffee available for the first night), kettle, all the necessary kitchen and dishes. Dining area (high chair for baby - without harness - on request). Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet (soap and toilet paper available for the first night). Laundry room on the ground floor with washing machine and drying rack, which can be used as a bicycle room and for the storage of climbing equipment. On the garden side, the grassy part, the wooden terrace and the children's playground are dedicated to the gîte and open onto the tree-lined courtyard of the owners who live in the main house. All furniture is available for outdoor dining: table, chairs, deckchairs and garden chairs for young and old. A brazier is available to brighten up the evenings and can also be used as a barbecue.
