Cozy cottage on a farm

Cozy cottage on our property. The cottage is about 30 square meters and is equipped with the most important things. Nice patio with open views. Close to the sea and nature, bike path to both Karlshamn and Mörrum with proximity to Mörrumsån for fishing. About 15 km to Sweden Rock. Pets are only allowed upon request. The space The cottage has a cozy, smaller kitchen with the most important equipment you need: coffee maker, microwave, oven, stove, fridge/freezer and kitchen utensils. There are two sleeping areas with a dividing wall. Beds (the number of guests is adjusted according to how these are used, but a maximum of 4 adults is recommended): 1x 160 bed 1 x 120 cm bed 1 x 140 cm sofa bed 4 duvets and pillows (bring bed linen). If you need more duvets/pillows, you can bring them. Living room area next to the kitchen with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bathroom with shower. A very nice south-facing patio that is also open to the east/west, with a view of the horse pastures. Here is a large table with 6 chairs and a grill. Other things to note The cottage is cleaned by the guest before departure, cleaning equipment is available in the cottage, and is left in the same condition as upon arrival. Disposable items included are: cleaning supplies, toilet paper (1 roll/stay), hand soap, garbage bags and Melitta filters (coffee filters). Linens can be rented for a fee of SEK 100 per person.
