Just three minutes walk from the white sands and clear waters of renowned Seven Mile Beach, offering amazing sunsets, snorkeling and swimming. The house - set in lush tropical gardens - features 2 large bedrooms upstairs (optional crib, removable on request), and a spacious, open plan kitchen/living area downstairs. Outside, there is a large, newly built deck with BBQ and pool. Walking distance to shops, 3 restaurants and dive dock and a short drive/bus to other amenities. The space Our condo is set in a quiet complex and has been recently renovated. UPSTAIRS Master Bedroom with California King bed, ensuite bathroom with bath/shower Second Bedroom with large double bed, optional crib for families available on request. Second Bathroom, directly next to the second bedroom, with bath/shower. DOWNSTAIRS Large open plan living, dining and kitchen space, ideal for relaxing with friends and family. Kitchen - newly renovated with new electric oven, hob and microwave. Drinks fridge and large fridge/freezer. Spot lit bar separating kitchen and dining area. Dining area - large dining table and chairs, comfortably fits six and up to eight people. Living area - Large and comfortable six seater couch, fully loaded TV with movies, series and live USA, UK and other TV channels. Chromecast and HDMI attachments available if you want to plug in your own media. WIFI and A/C throughout the house. OUTSIDE Newly installed wooden deck, outdoor table with four seats, large gas BBQ/Grill. Relax on the deck or on a lounger by the pool. See if you can spot a Cayman Green Parrot in the palm trees! BEACH Cemetery Beach (3 minutes walk) and West Bay Beach (5 minutes walk) are both locations on the famous Seven Mile Beach. Excellent for relaxing, sunbathing or swimming in the year round warm water. Great snorkeling at Cemetery Beach, where you are likely to see tropical fish and turtles at the reef. West Bay Beach has the huge wreck of the USS Kittiwake, for snorkeling or diving. The condo includes 4 beach chairs, 2 cooler bins and various snorkeling and beach gear. DIVING Grand Cayman is a divers' dream, with numerous shore and boat dive opportunities available. Dive boats leave from West Bay Dock (5-10 minutes walk) multiple times per day. We would be happy to recommend dive shops and sites if you need. AMENITIES Fosters Supermarket and Jacques Scott Liquor store are about 3 minutes walk away. Both are large stores. There is a chemist and a Tortuga Liquor store about 10 minutes walk away. There are three restaurants and one wine bar within a five minute walk - Al Fresco (italian/seafood/great views and sunset), Bayside (great pizza), Heritage Kitchen (Caymanian/seafood), and La Petit Bar (wine bar/charcuterie). Many other restaurants and bars within a five minute drive, including famous Macabuca Tiki Bar. TRANSPORT The condo has one parking space. Regular buses run up and down Seven Mile Beach. Taxis are easily available. You can also pick up and drop off public electric scooters outside the property. ACTIVITIES Numerous activities within close proximity including boat trips on the North Sound to Stingray City, Starfish Point and Rum Point; Cayman Turtle Centre; Historic Boggy Sand Road featuring classic Caymanian architecture. Further afield you will find Smith's Cove beach, Spotts Beach, historic Bodden Town, East End and Rum Point.
