The space Walking and sailing are a delight along this unique coastline, and the quiet country lanes inland are perfect for cycling and walking. Within a short drive you can catch a boat at Blakeney Point and see the resident seals. The popular Sandringham House Estate and stunning Holkham Hall are two of the finest stately homes of Norfolk and are a short drive away. Guests entering the property, arrive in the cosy, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The well-equipped kitchen area is to the right, which includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and a washing machine so you can wash your sandy clothes after a day out on the beach. There is a dining table which comfortably seats up to 4 guests, providing the ideal place to have breakfast before you head out for the day to explore the area. The lounge area has a two-person sofa and a chair along with a TV/DVD player should you wish to unwind in the evening and watch your favourite show. Access to the bedrooms and bathroom is off from the living area, up one very small step and here you will find a single bedroom and a double bedroom, both with storage space, and a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. To the front of the property, patio doors open from the lounge area out onto an enclosed patio where there is a BBQ and garden furniture provided. A spacious shared games room is a fantastic addition to the property and has plenty to keep competitive adults occupied, with snooker table, pool table, and table tennis, as well as a selection of toys and games for younger guests.
