Walk To Bike Trail, Baldwin Lake

Right outside Baldwin Park, a beautiful home. This home has comfortable memory foam mattresses, board games, one bathroom, and at home feel with a full, well stocked kitchen with all the basics like coffee and sugar. There is also patio seating outside the front door that you can enjoy outside, or take a short walk to Baldwin Park Lake for dining, exercise around the lake, and fun! The sunset views from the house or Baldwin Lake are beautiful. The space The home is very close to Cady Way Trail and Baldwin Park Lake. You can walk two blocks to get onto the trail or a few more into Baldwin Park and Baldwin Park Lake loop. A lot of guests enjoy running in these areas and there are amazing restaurants, Mexican food, cigar bar, ice cream, breweries, lunch spots, etc.! Please Note: There are two Airbnb guesthouses in the backyard. Each has a private entrance and parking, so the space still feels very private. The driveway is shared—one side for you, one for the guesthouse. The laundry room is attached but fully separate. The yard is shared, but each unit has its own patio. Your patio faces the front, giving the feel of a private home. Some light noise may transfer between units, mainly in the bathroom and larger bedroom. It’s rare but possible. Think of the setup as a well-designed duplex: a main home with both an attached and detached guest unit behind it. Guest access Self-check in by keypad anytime after 4pm! We do courtesy early check in as early as 11am if we don't have a same day cleaning :) Other things to note The house is in a quiet residential area with people who live in the area full time. It is meant for affordable, comfortable, quiet travel, but is not suited for big groups visitors, lots of cars or any rowdiness in the front yard. Please be respectful of neighbors Pests – Our home is located in one of the most beautiful and serene natural settings you’ll find. Because of the surrounding environment, you may occasionally notice flies or other harmless insects during your stay. Our cleaning team and pest control do their best to minimize this, but their presence does not reflect a lack of cleanliness. It is simply part of being in a natural setting.
