A beautiful apartment centrally located in Pretoria, Menlo Park with limited back-up power during loadshedding. With all the amenities that a person may need at the apartment or within walking distance. There are lovely restaurants at the Greenlyn Village Centre. Restaurants include Capital Craft Brewery, As Greek as it Gets, Buffelsfontein and Brauhaus. It is also within walking distance of a convenience centre with a Spar, Tops and Pharmacy, as well as other smaller retail offerings. The space The unit has 2 bedrooms, one on-suite with a Queen size bed. The other room has a double bed and the bathroom is not on-suit but directly next to the room. We have a camping cot available upon request if needed. The unit also has a patio with a braai and a lovely living area next to the patio for nights in! The unit also has a fully equipped kitchen. Guest access The entire unit is available for use once booked.
