This residence carries a touch of history while offering fully renovated modern comforts, tucked inside a gated community with lush greenery, peaceful sitting areas, a communal grill, and a sparkling heated pool for year-round enjoyment. 🛏️ Sleeping & Living Relax in the spacious bedroom area (separated with a movable wall for flexibility) featuring a king-size memory foam bed dressed in crisp linens. For extra guests, the living area includes a queen-size pull-out sofa with an optional memory foam topper for added comfort. Stylish furnishings, bold décor accents, and natural light create a space that feels both vibrant and relaxing. A rattan mirrored vanity adds charm and doubles as a workspace for guests who need to catch up on emails. 🍴 Kitchen & Dining The modern kitchen shines with sleek white cabinetry, a full oven, stove, microwave, and refrigerator, complemented by premium XOX brand utensils and high-end cookware. You’ll also find a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and electric kettle, plus baking tools and an ice maker. The dining area features a round table with three stylish chairs and a suspended swing-style seat (for gentle seating and not intended for play), creating a relaxed and eye-catching spot for meals, coffee, or late-night conversations. (Pantry staples such as coffee, oil, or spices are not stocked unless kindly left behind by previous guests.) 🚿 Bathroom The bathroom is newly gut-renovated and designed for comfort and style. It features a beautiful walk-in shower, sleek vanity, and modern toilet. For your convenience, we provide basic communal shampoo, conditioner, and body soap—perfect for travelers who aren’t particular about products or to get you started until you purchase your preferred supplies. Fresh bath towels are included (please note, face towels are not provided). 👶 Traveling with Kids? We provide family-friendly amenities on request, including a Stokke high chair, pack & play, baby bath, toys, and books. Please note these are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be cleaned by guests after use. 🎶 Entertainment & Comfort Unwind with the Samsung Frame TV, which doubles as a streaming hub and art display, or spin vinyls on the Bluetooth record player for a more nostalgic vibe. Blackout curtains with light-filtering options let you create the perfect ambiance for day or night. Guest access Our guests have access to a shared heated swimming pool, an outdoor gated area with a grill, and the condo with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. Other things to note 🆔 Guest Identification – The host reserves the right to request a valid photo ID before sending check-in instructions. No refunds will be issued for failure to provide identification. Minimum Age & Guest Composition - The primary guest must be 21+ and present for the entire stay. Reservations intended to allow under-21 guests to stay without appropriate adult supervision (for example, one 21-year-old booking for multiple 18–20-year-olds) are not allowed. 🚲 Bike Rentals

Check-in and check-out times are clearly stated in your reservation and should be followed unless prior arrangements have been approved by the host. Need early luggage drop-off or late luggage storage? Just ask—we’ll do our best to accommodate. 🏊 Pool Guidelines
The pool area is open from sunrise to sunset. After sunset, no congregating, music, or smoking is allowed. Please note that cameras monitor the pool area, and the building association will issue a $500 fine for violations, which will be passed on to guests. 🤫 Quiet Hours
To maintain a peaceful environment, please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. 👥 Visitors
If you plan to have any visitors, please inform the host in advance and ensure they follow all house rules and guidelines. Cameras are installed outside the apartment for security. 🚪 Sliding Partition Wall The sliding partition wall may occasionally come off its track or feel difficult to move. While we strive to keep it in good working order, issues can sometimes arise. The specialty company that services this wall often requires time to schedule repairs, so immediate fixes are not always possible. Refunds or discounts cannot be offered if this occurs during your stay. 🚫 No Elevator – 1st floor. 🚭 No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and directly outside the building. 🚽 Plumbing Reminder – DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING down the toilets other than toilet paper. Absolutely no “flushable” wipes, tampons, or other items. The building’s pipes are very old, and even a single wipe can cause severe clogs, requiring walls to be opened for plumbing access and repairs. 🛏️ Linens & Towels – We provide 100% cotton linens and clean bath towels, but we do not provide face cloths. Some linens may show light stains due to the lack of industrial laundry facilities, but they are always clean. If needed, we’re happy to provide a fresh set. 🐾 Support/Service Animals – A doctor’s note or doctor-signed certificate is required before hosting. 📦 Lost & Found – Forgotten items can be shipped back for a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs.
