We love our home and hope that you will too! There is lots of living space, high ceilings and light everywhere. Downstairs comprises of a large entrance hall, a cosy sitting room and a decent sized kitchen with an additional sofa area. There is also a downstairs toilet for extra convenience. The kitchen has bi-fold doors leading out onto a small (but perfectly formed) garden area. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one using the family bathroom and the other with an en-suite. The space The house is on a beautiful quiet street with a two minute walk to the park. Turnpike Lane tube (Piccadilly) is a 13 minute walk and Seven Sisters (Victoria) is about a 20 minute walk. Lots of parks and shops and delicious cafes and restaurants within a short walk. It’s such a great area! The house has two double bedrooms and a small nursery with a cot, changing table and black out blinds! One bedroom has an en-suite and the other uses the main bathroom with a gorgeous bathtub. Downstairs, there is a large kitchen and living space with plenty of toys and books available for a baby / toddler (though we can clear this away if you don’t have a child!) It has a big kitchen table and is a very sociable space with direct access to the garden. There is also a cosy sitting room for chilled evenings. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property minus one room which we will keep locked with our belongings. It’s permit parking on the street but if you let us know we can sort out a few passes for guests or we can let you know where the nearby pay and display is. Other things to note Although the house has a large space for socialising, we kindly as for no parties. It is a street with many families and we like to be respectful. As this is our family home some of our possessions will be around in closets etc but there will be ample room for your stay. E also love board games which you are welcome to use!
