The charming seaside village of Branscombe has an astonishing wealth of opportunities to explore. Walkers and cyclists have plenty of trails to explore and families will find much for them including a swimming pool, orienteering trail, walks around the Seaton Wetlands, stand-up paddle-boarding from the beachside and plenty more. Visit the new Jurassic centre or take a ride on Seaton's famous Tram. Nearby Lyme Regis, renowned for its bustling harbour, delightful beaches and shops. The space Or the picture-postcard village of Beer, renowned for its shingle beach and fresh seafood. On entering the entrance hall with ample room for boots shoes and coats. A useful shower room with shower and WC is situated off the hallway before the lounge/diner on your left. This is a light and pleasant room with fabulous country views, a wood burner, Smart TV, comfy seating and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen has everything you need including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, Dolche Gusto coffee machine. A washing machine and tumble dryer along with a chest freezer can be found in the utility room situated down a few steps. A snug area at the far end of the kitchen has a sofa bed surrounding a Smart TV. Heading up the stairs you will find the bedrooms, two doubles and one twin as well as a stylish bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Stepping outside, you can relax at the end of a great day in the enclosed rear garden which offers a patio area and lawn area.
