Our quiet neighbourhood and spacious minimalist home will get you into holiday mode from the minute you arrive. The space The master bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has a king single with pull out trundler single bed. The third room has a queen size bed. The first living area has a fold out sofa, double bed. The second living area closes off and has two comfortable sofas, perfect for two extra beds. Guest access The garage, laundry and office will be shut off, but the rest of the home and outdoor living spaces are yours to relax in. We will leave a laundromat card with $100 credit for you to use at the local Liquid Laundromat - perfect for big loads of laundry. Other things to note Suitably situated on a corner site, our home is in the safe, new Coast development. We have three wonderful cafes in walking distance, a supermarket (Fresh Choice), takeaways (pizza and greek), a liquor store and a restaurant pub - all within 10 minutes walking distance. There is also a park / playground a short two minute stroll away. Perfect for running around in, playing games and letting off some energy.
