Perfect for couples, solo travellers, visiting academics, professionals or guests in town for events at Thebarton Theatre or Adelaide Oval. Guests enjoy free street parking suitable for SUVs and campervans, as well as frequent buses to the Adelaide CBD, Adelaide Oval and Henley Beach. The Entertainment Centre, RAH and SASI are only a short drive away, making this an ideal base for work or leisure. Access is simple and step-free. 1200-mm wide garden paths lead through the leafy yard to your own private entrance to the studio. Everything you need is within walking distance – cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, Thebarton Oval, Thebarton Theatre, Thebarton Aquatic Centre, gyms and local shops. This central west location also offers easy access to Glenelg, Henley Beach and the Barossa or McLaren Vale wine regions via major roads. Inside, the studio is bright and uncluttered, with natural light streaming through a cathedral-style window. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with: • induction cooktop and microwave • dishwasher • Nespresso machine with 4 complimentary pods • large fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice maker • essential spices and well-stocked cookware Dishwashing tablets and washing powder are provided for your convenience. The sleeping area features a comfortable queen bed with floor-to-ceiling blackout curtains for restful sleep. A Natuzzi leather sofa and 55” smart TV with Netflix invite relaxed evenings in. On Sundays, you may even hear the gentle chime of nearby church bells adding a touch of charm. A sleek ensuite with quality fixtures, reverse-cycle air conditioning and ceiling fan ensure year-round comfort. Laundry is easy – you can dry clothes in the north-facing garden sunshine or use the nearby quick-dry laundromat. Guest access There is a second self-contained studio (Eco Bee Studio: 1–2 guests) within the fully fenced garden. If it is occupied during your stay, the outdoor garden path to the street will be shared. Both studios have separate patios and are fully private, so you’ll still enjoy your own space. Other things to note * 🐝 Bee hive onsite, the hive is kept furthest away from the studio. 🐝 * 🛫 Aircraft noise: it’s simply part of daily life in Torrensville. Flights are not permitted overnight (curfew 11 pm–6 am). 🛬 * Must declare if you are booking on someone else’s behalf, your guest's photo ID and contact detail will be required. * Extra guests over the booked number are not permitted to stay. * Check-in and check-out times can be flexible as long as there isn't a cross over with other guests. * Non-smoking within the entire property. * Our studios are non-serviced.
