Description

Relax in this rustic cabin in the woods - except with wifi. This cabin is about 350 square feet and consists of a log queen size bed, a sleeping loft with steep ladder access, a kitchen table and 4 chairs, a kitchenette, and a 3 piece bathroom. Bedding and towels are included. There are 4 sets of dishes that include plates, bowls, glasses, cups, and cutlery along with a few pots and pans for cooking. There is a BBQ on the deck, and a picnic table, and a fire pit beside the cabin. The space There are 2 steps up to the deck of this cabin. You have to park a short distance away from the cabin and walk about 100 feet up a slight hill to access this cabin. This is a one room cabin suitable for 2 adults and maybe 2 older children or young adults that can climb a steep ladder to the loft. The Lynx cabin is backed into some tall trees and in front of it is a large grassy area with a small playground. The number of adults sleeping comfortably in the Lynx cabin is 2-4 Unique log queen bed and sleeping loft with a queen bed. 3 piece bathroom. Included is: Kitchenette, microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, pots, and pans, electric fire place and a smart ROKU TV. Remember your passwords for apple TV and Netflix. BBQ with propane, Picnic table and fire pit outside. We rent based on double occupancy for a minimum of 2 nights. Additional people are $10 per person per night. This cabin is PET FREE and SMOKE-FREE. You are allowed to smoke or vape outside. We are a working guest ranch, so there are plenty of animals on our property and possibility for trail rides and ranch tours. Guest access You are able to freely walk around our property but please stay out of any pens and do not open any gates without checking with us. We are a working ranch so there are cattle and horses close by. We have a small western town that you are welcome to visit but the A-frame cabin in "town" is also a rental so please respect the privacy of the current guests. Ask us about access to games like outdoor ping pong or boccia ball or cornhole. Other things to note There is no freezer right now. There is a short walk across the grass and up a slight hill to access this cabin. There are 2 steps up to the deck of this cabin. You will be parking beside the Moose cabin which is a shared parking space so be courteous. We sell dry split firewood for $20 cash for half a side-by-side load or $40 for a full load, so please refrain from collecting branches or cutting your own firewood on our property. You can bring your own though if you'd like. You are more than welcome to hike and walk around our property but do not cross any fence lines without permission as we have livestock. The pond is also private and NO FISHING or use of our pedal boats is allowed
