The space 2 Bedrooms – Master with super king bed + en suite, the bed can be split into two full size singles upon request. Second bedroom with two single beds can be zipped into a super king bed. Please see photos. We also have a bed rail and a travel cot for babies and toddlers. We have child locks on all windows. 2 Modern bathrooms – En suite and separate main bathroom , both with showers. Hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided. They are all ‘Faith in Nature’. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is bright, cozy, and tastefully decorated with soft lighting, cushions, and throws. You’ll find board games for all ages, an integrated washer/dryer with eco-friendly laundry products, and a fully equipped kitchen with tea, coffee, sugar, and milk provided. Private balcony – Perfect for watching the sunrise with morning coffee or people watching and enjoying the river views with an evening wine. If you are lucky you will see seals and otters playing in the river! Riverside location – Serene, picturesque and quiet. Still central but away from the noise of the city. A 15 minute walk along the river will take you to the Guildhall and Derry Walls. Or a 20 minute walk along the river and across the Peace Bridge will take you to Ebrington Square. Foyleview Apartment is located in the The Quay Trail in Derry City is about 6.3 miles (10.1 km) long along the west embankment of the River Foyle. This paved, multi-use path offers views of the river and the city. Perfect for walking, running and keeping the kids entertained! Sainsbury’s, a large supermarket just a 2-minute walk from the apartment, has everything you’ll need for your stay. There are plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants right outside the apartment. Just turn right from the main entrance to find Pyke & Pommes for tacos, burgers, and fish & chips—don’t miss Decky the double-decker dining bus! Next door, Moore on the Quay offers fresh local seafood (Wed–Sun). A bit further down, Patricia’s is perfect for cake, and The Pickled Duck serves great coffee. The parking meter only accepts pound sterling coins. The visitors’ car park is located right next to the apartment building. After passing Smyths Toy Superstore, continue along the side of Foyleview Apartments and take a right turn. The car park faces the river and is situated beside the Pyke & Pommes pod. Lift/Elevator access: There is a lift/elevator at the main entrance reception/lobby. There is a disabled access door to the left of the building with a lift. Guest access Guests have full private access to the apartment including the balcony, both bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living area. Easy self-check-in available. Guest access is via lockbox and the access code will be provided prior to arrival. Other things to note Quiet hours respected – perfect for relaxation. This building has a strict no-party policy and quiet hours between 10pm-7am. Please note that this apartment has been fitted with a noise, crowd, smoke and marijuana smoke monitor.
