Bunk room with a queen bed and a double/single bunk. Pros A comfortable and clean beach shack with the necessary facilities for a family holiday stay. Sitting on top of a hill the views of Avalon Bay are incredible and its one of only a few homes where you can watch the waves break at Avalon Point. For the age of the house the interior is in very good condition due to the fact it's only ever been a holiday home. Cons Due to the location and age of the house its not a resort/hotel or brand new house. It was created as a low maintenance holiday home so the gardens are simple and the backyard is a work in progress. Guest access Whole house available, shed not available. Other things to note Huge 75" Smart TV in the lounge room connected to super fast Starlink WIFI. 3m teak dining table ready to seat 10 plus the kitchen bench with 3 stools so you can cater up to 13 people. Outdoor dining table and 2 BBQs (1 Webber) on the deck so you can enjoy the views while cooking up your favourite feast! Lazy around on the teak day bed and enjoy your favourite drink. Enjoy the instantaneous gas hot water system in one of the two showers or pop the kids in the bath in the downstairs bathroom. There is a Celebrations liquor store close by. 5 min drive from the house is Miami Plaza Shopping Centre with includes Woolworths and many speciality stores. 10 Min drive to the centre of Mandurah which is loaded with cafes and award winning restaurants.
