The displayed rate includes the Airbnb platform fees. Whether you are a couple, with family, friends or bikers, we will be happy to welcome you to the heart of the Creuse. Our house, sleeping up to six people with an extra bed, is ideally located between Guéret and Aubusson, close to a village with small shops. Pool, spa and cabin will be there for your well-being and relaxation. The space Ground floor: -The living room is equipped with a wood stove (in addition to central heating), a piano, a large sofa bed (180 x 200 cm), a Smart TV, internet-wifi, large round table. - A fully equipped kitchen with a small repair kit (pasta, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, homemade jam, tea, etc.), washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker (filter + espresso percolator for ground coffee)... -A cellar and a toilet. Upstairs: -1 bedroom with 2 beds: a 140 x 190 cm bed and an "extra" 110 x 185 cm bed, large dressing room/wardrobe, a desk. -1 bedroom with a large 160 x 200 cm bed, a large dressing room/wardrobe, a desk - 1 bathroom with double sink and bathtub -For baby: bath, folding crib (bed linen not provided), highchair Outside, enjoy a large terrace furnished with a table, chairs and garden furniture overlooking the pool (accessible June-September). Cocooning area: the HOT TUB can be used year-round! A cabin comfortably located near the amenities, will seduce you according to your desires: reading corner, picnic area, or even an original night! Guest access Unfortunately, the accommodation is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. Other things to note In order to reduce your bill, we do not charge a cleaning fee, relying on everyone's civility to make the place clean and tidy. A flat rate of €100 cleaning fee may be requested otherwise.
