First floor: Living and dining room 🛋️ Equipped kitchen 🫕 1 shared bathroom 🚽 4 rooms, each with a private bathroom 🛏️🚿 Second floor: 1 room with a private bathroom 🛏️🚿 In total, the house has 6 bathrooms and 5 showers. Guest access Casa Blanca offers a unique experience with one of the most stunning views of Lake Calima. Although we do not have a heated jacuzzi, waking up each morning to the spectacular lake scenery is something that will take your breath away. Our property is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. ### Reservation Details **Capacity:** The property has a maximum capacity of 20 people, including children. If your reservation is for a full group, you need to enter 16 or more people; in that case, the system will automatically charge for 20 people. If there won't be 20 people, please enter the exact number of people, including children. Additionally, please specify the number of pets you will bring, as this is a separate detail. ### Property Rules **Events and Parties:** - Social gatherings and birthday parties are allowed at Casa Blanca. - Parties with DJs, mariachis, or live bands are not permitted. - The use of fireworks or gunshots is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation, a fine, and removal from the property early in the morning. ### Check-In and Check-Out Times: - **Check-in:** 11:00 a.m. - **Check-out:** 1:00 p.m. If you want a late check-out, additional charges apply: - Until 3:00 p.m.: 100,000 COP extra. - Until 6:00 p.m.: 250,000 COP extra. Other things to note The access road to the property has some unpaved sections, but it is easily accessible for all types of vehicles.
