The kitchen is quite narrow, but well equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. Living area features a comfortable sofa bed, 32 inch TV Set with Netflix and a variety of channels. The bedroom has a cozy brand new queen size bed (160cmx190cm), excellent quality sheets , four sets of pillows. Bed is located near the window, to enjoy the morning light. Windows have a roll blackout and roll shade. Bathroom includes toilet, bidet, shower with a small bathtub. One set of clean hand and body towels will be provided for each guest. Complimentary soap and shampoo will also be provided. Guest access Access is to the entire apartment just for you. The apartment is located one block from two main avenues where you will find plenty of transportation options. Paid parking is across the street. Check in time: 3 p.m. Check out time: 10 a.m. EARLY CHECK IN - we can offer it to our guests whenever possible with a cost of USD 25. (between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.) LATE CHECK OUT - we can offer it to our guests whenever possible with a cost of USD 25. ( between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.) IMPORTANT: please return the front door and apartment keys at the end of your stay, the replacement cost is USD 30. Other things to note Sadly, we are not able to offer temporary luggage storage before check in nor after check out. Quiet hours must be observed between 10pm to 8am. Parties or additional unregistered guests are not allowed. For safety reasons, we don't accept children under 12 years of age. No pets allowed. Smoking is not allowed. No laundry service on premises. Paid laundry is located 300m away from the building. We speak spanish, english and portuguese. Internet Cable TV and Netflix are available and complimentary.
