Walls are 26" thick granite that was mined on the property...Parklike setting is like nothing else in the triangle.....trails, greenways, kayaking all around..in lake , river....biking on continuous greenway for 30 miles...big box stores 1 1/2 miles away... The space Surround yourself with 26" thick 160 year old granite walls... and perch yourself on a window seat looking out at the Neuse River and watching herons feeding in the morning mist...It is one of the only spots that is actually on the River in the River Mill...Opening the windows you can hear and almost feel the river as it rushes by....gorgeous herons feeding night and day, turtles sunning on rocks...a piece of paradise in nature close to town....and you can walk on trails for miles in the morning without crossing a street ..... Flat screen smart TV, high speed internet, land line, bose speakers for your electronic music library. I have a full kitchen for your use so I don't provide breakfast foods...There are oils, vinegars, staples ,spices in the pantry and some staples in the refrigerator for your use. Guest access The Neuse River, Falls Lake, the new biking/hiking/walking greenway along the Neuse River, close to 540, Wakefield, laundry access in building...The property sits on 23 acres of parklike grounds with much river frontage...You can fly fish in the river if you have a license. The gazebo is for owners only or long term tenants so please respect this limitation. Other things to note TV is a Roku Smart TV and ready for your streaming. I do not subscribe to cable tv. But I do high speed wifi. Breakfast foods are not provided...but a full kitchen is yours well stocked with staples.. We are on city water but we still have our own sanitation system therefore I ask that you put most of the waste in the garbage.
